The story behind Holistic Tech Solutions Group
Ruthvik and I came to this work from different disciplines. What brought us together was a shared instinct: a business works better when its creative work, technology, and everyday systems connect.

Ruthvik came into my life straight out of school and joined the business as an employee. Almost immediately, he brought value far beyond the role I had hired him for. He understood how different capabilities could work together, and he saw a broader picture that had been difficult to find in earlier partnerships.
That way of thinking was intuitive to him. As we worked together, the relationship grew into a good friendship. He became someone I could build with, think with, and trust with a much bigger idea.
“Holistic” gave us a name for what we were already trying to do: understand the whole business and connect the work around it.
I started as a graphic designer. Over time, websites led me deeper into digital marketing, SEO, lead generation, and the systems behind an inquiry. I still wanted to create. I also needed that creative work to support a family and help the businesses paying for it.
That changed the questions I was asking. Could people find the business? Did the website make sense to them? Was someone following up? Was the work producing a return that mattered to the owner? The design remained important, and it became part of a larger responsibility.
Ruthvik’s master’s degree from SUNY New Paltz and his expertise in software development brought another depth of capability to that work. Together, we could connect the creative idea to the software, integrations, and operations needed to make it useful.
It made sense for Ruthvik to become CEO of New Paltz Marketing, where the business began. After I moved to Long Island, it made sense for me to lead Long Island Web Systems as CEO.
At Holistic Tech Solutions Group, we work as peers and co-founders. The regional businesses keep their local relationships. HTSG gives us a shared foundation where we can bring our expertise and tools together to build around the needs of a whole business.
Both of our families have been, and are, involved in small businesses. We know there are people behind the invoices, the missed calls, the long days, and the decisions about what to invest in next.
That is the mission we share: build useful, connected foundations that help people run their businesses with more clarity and capability. For me, doing that responsibly means being honest about what we can deliver, making the work understandable, and staying accountable to the people who rely on it.
The company is an extension of that friendship and that responsibility. It gives the work room to grow while keeping us close to the reason we started.
The company map brings our regional practices and shared capabilities together.
